Wisdom from the streets...kinda
connection to meditating: the clear facile way

It is widely known that vaporizing helps you relax and even aid panic attacks. But inhaling herbs is not always the culminating option to stay calm during stressful times.
Here is where meditation comes into play. It’s really accessible  to

apply  and it won’t cost you

a dime.

First, know that meditation means liberating your mind from any thoughts and concentrate  on positive images. You can meditate from five minutes to hours. Whatever fits

you. The far-

reaching thing is to do it regularly. If you earn

wings to create the habit, you’ll do it naturally. Like brushing your teeth before

going to sleep.
Here’s how you engage in it:

Put on some gratified clothes: nothing tight, keep it roomy. Make sure to switch off the phones and

your pc. If you want, dim the lights. For some people very light meditatin music and incense help, but keep it clean at the

beginning. Now cull  a chair and sit on it keeping your back straight

and your legs in a natural position for you. The chair doesn’t have to be nothing

out of the

ordinary, just make sure

that it supports your back. Put your hans on your knees and shut your eyes. Breathe

genuinely  and unhurriedly. Let all the

thoughts go and concentrate on something

good. This might be a

relaxing landscape like a

shore  or mountains. Or

you can home in

on on an improved

design of yourself. When doing this don’t push yourself. Just let it flow. It’s a little

touchy, but the more you meditate the more you augment. At the beginning you may

fixate during no more than a few minutes. Meditate once a day

and in a few weeks you’ll be able to hold a

hope for an hour. Just don’t distort  yourself. There’s no grading or winning taking place here. It’s just you and

total peace of mind.

Again,

oscillation is the key.

One breathing theme that will emend your life forever

This post has little to do with vaporizers and herbs, but it’s written with the determination of  achieving a better life.

Breathing is the most

necessary act your body does constantly. You can

live  days without water and

food, but no more than a few minutes without air. Nothing new about that, but what most people don’t know is that they don’t breathe

nicely. Somehow breathing is not a

ceremonialistic part of our education when we are children. So what do we do

incorrectly?

The number one lapse is breathing through the chest. It seems so

consistent to inflate the chest when inhaling air, but it

isn’t natural at all. The natural way to breath is to

manage the air to the

stomach.

The second mistake is to breathe only through the nose. The faithful way is to inhale through the nose, so the air warms up, and exhaling thorugh the mouth.

The easiest way to cause to

be the habit of breathing correctly is the

following:

Stand up. Put a flat hand on your belly. Breathe in through the nose without filling the chest. Instead clog the stomach.

Count to 5.

Exhale through the mouth, gently laying pressure on your belly with your hand.

Repeat the same steps twice a day: once in the forenoon and once before going to

sleep.

The benefits of just breathing can be huge. From relieving stress to sleeping better to lowering your blood pressure. Be sure to

not fall out of the breathing gym routine and you will soon experience an improvement.

Take care!

Why a home-made vaporizer isn’t a pleasing idea

Vaporizers can be beyond doubt expensive. The

outside models can cost several hundred dollars. And that is a lot of money, not only during a financial

change. Due to a

decrease of money or a overkill in creativity, many herb lovers build their own vaporizers. While the

form of being independent and

autosufficient is noteworthy, making your very own vaporizer isn’t

preferable.
1-

facility: It is frequently probable that you are no engineer with years of experience in

designing and producing food safe products. So if you mess up only a single fact when constructing your vaporizer, it won’t be efficient. That meaning it won’t produce enough heat to

correspondingly  vaporize the herbs. You’ll end up inhaling nothing but air.

2 - Security: If your home-made vapo produces too much heatwave or it suffers from a short circuit , it can explode.

And that’s very

bad.

You could set your own home on fire.

3 - Aroma: By choosing the wrong materials (mostly the cheaper ones) and/or assembling them in the wrong way, the quality of the vapors will be

compromised. You can end up inhaling burned plastic. There are few things worse for your lungs.

Plastic straw VS round

There’s a point on vaporizers about which vapo-geeks choose to

confabulate about: the inhaling piece. It’s usually a plastic

pipe or a

orb. Here’s my beneficence  to the discussion.

I’ve tried both systems and I like both. With the chute, as long as it’s

made of food safe materials, there’s no plastic

zing  when inhaling from it. It just works how it should and that’s fine.

But as soon as I tried the balloon system my headset  changed radically. You see, with the spheroid  you can just unclick

it from the vapor station and take it wherever you want. You can inhale from it many times (usually more than enough to

mitigate  your

appetite) and it just looks cool. But is it food safe? Of course it is. How do I know that every

globoid  is made of food safe materials? Because only Storz & Bickel has the patent to the

round  mode. So far only the Volcano Vaporizer has it and that’s extravagant news because the Volcano is the very best of the best when it comes to vaporizers.

There, that’s my point. I cherish it brings light to your dark smoke-filled rooms. Get a vaporizer!

Vaporizing AND losing poundage coexistent?

the time between  the last six months I’ve been

using the vaporizer more than ever and I still lost heft. No way! Or way?

generality  knows

that vaporizing or smoking herbs doesn’t help your metabolic pattern. In other words: it increases your

craving. Some

people tend to dispose of more chips, others chocolate and I always fall for fried chicken when I vaporize. So, basically, consuming herbs

should make your eat more and in a creature gain

heft. Believe me, it does. So how did I manage to lose belly

paunch?

fiendish pills. Haha, owned. No, there are no

clairvoyant pills that will make you drop pounds like it’s 1999. But there’s one

course that has been prevailed for thousands of years. One

modus that sooner or later will always make you lose weight. One

arrangement that every

person can do. What’s it called, kids? EXERCISE.

Oh no! No exercise please!

Another day in the life of a Volcano Vaporizer titleholder PART II

Eating time! I ordered pizza (trite remark anyone) and chicken wings. You know, vaporizing gives you a hell of an penchant. After lunch I organize another charge of my vaporizer and watched some Seinfeld. You know, the series is so old for my standards, but still indeed funny. Constanza would be my dear character. He always screws up and looks like he’s going to agonize from a heart attack any moment. Back to vaporizing: I can’t fall for I smoked the herbs for so many years. I ended up having the lungs of a chain smoker. I can openly say that vaporizers changed my life. My volume doesn’t stink of tobacco smoke anymore! Massive conquest for me.

Another day in the life of a Volcano Vaporizer heir- apparent

Today I woke up at noon.  As I was setting up the coffee

vehicle,  I prepared the Volcano, too. I grinded the herbs in two very absolute hand movements, put the stuff in the filling chamber

and set it on. After a double

time shower two of my favorite things in the world were ready: coffee and herbs. I began to check

the stats of my

different blogs and to enjoy my freshly made beverage and vapors. And I took a expeditive

nap after so much exhaustion. When I lay on my couch I like to descry to some Italian opera.

To be continued…

How to extort the better of the vapors

If you love your herbs, you won’t want to debilitate a single oz. Besides grinding, another huge method is proper inhalation. One of the great advantages of vaporizing is that vapor is less likely to make you caugh. This means that when inhaling you can enjoy the vapor way longer in your lungs than when smoking, ever for beginners. And to maximize the effect of the vapor that’s indeed what you want to do. Here’s how it goes: Set up your vaporizer, fill time until the herbs heat up, take a short breath and start inhaling the vapor until your feel that you’re full. Now cache the vapor and count till five and exhale. The more often your vaporize, the longer you’ll be able to care for the vapor in your lungs. But be very careful. Between inhalations make sure to wait at least 5 minutes, otherwise you run the openness of fading. It is always best if you have someone near that can look over on you every now and then. Basically, that’s it. Keep the vapor as long as you can in your lungs and you’ll cop the max out of it.

The momentousness of grinding your herbs as a result

In order to get the most out of your dear herbs when vaporizing, you have to prepare them appropriately . They have to be

dry, not moist. First you cleave the little

branches from the flowers and leaves. Throw away the branches. Now you can

crunch  the herbs between your finger tips or you can use a grinder. They are

cheap and small, so get one. Just bring the

herbs in the grinder and grind them.

This way you’ll need a lower temperature to produce the

becoming temperature

avoiding the chance of burning the vaporizable materials, thus avoiding inhlaing smoke. Grinding is a very

far-

reaching part of vaporizing. It’s like peeling potatoes before

you decoct and mash them.
